▸ Safety Protocols

Everybody Home Safe

Cars and community first. These protocols apply at every Official Wind Therapy event and are enforced by our staff and venue partners.

Arrival & Parking

Follow staff and cones to your designated area. Roll speeds only. Show vehicles park in the show grid; spectator parking is separate and posted at entry.

Vehicle Conduct

Absolutely no burnouts, drifting, or reckless driving on venue property or in the surrounding neighborhood. Idling with excessive revving inside the venue is a warning; a second incident is a removal.

On-Foot Safety

Watch for moving vehicles at all times. Children must be with a guardian in the show grid. Keep aisles clear so emergency access stays open.

Alcohol

Alcohol is only permitted inside the licensed venue areas and only for guests 21+. Drivers who have been drinking will not be released from the show grid.

Weather & Cancellation

In the event of severe weather, follow staff instructions. Cancellation or postponement will be announced on Instagram @officialwindtherapy and at the event gate.

Emergencies

Locate the nearest staff member (marked lanyard) or call 911 for medical or fire emergencies. First aid is available at the main info tent.

Have a safety concern at an event? Flag any staff member immediately, or email info@officialwindtherapy.com.
